What exactly is free in the one-week proof of concept?
One week of our work on one named process: a working version running on your own documents or data, and a demo at the end. There is no invoice for it. An MVP or a full build is a separate, priced step that we agree on before the week starts.
What do I need to bring?
A process you can describe in one sentence, a few real samples (documents, exports or access to a test system), and someone who can answer questions during the week. A decision-maker should see the demo.
What happens if it does not work, or I say no?
Nothing. No-go is a normal outcome and costs you nothing. You keep what you learned about the process, and we tell you plainly what got in the way.
What does it cost if we continue?
Either a monthly automation subscription from €300 (cancel any month), or a fixed-price build, typically €12,000–25,000 for custom software. Prices exclude VAT and are listed on the offers page.
